We are assembling a world-class Advisory Board to help guide strategic initiatives, expand global partnerships, and amplify our impact at scale.

Role Overview

As an Advisory Board Member, you will play a critical role in shaping Earthshot Group’s strategy, partnerships, and thought leadership. This is a high-impact, volunteer position for leaders passionate about driving systemic change and working with decision-makers across industries, government, and philanthropy.

We are seeking executives, investors, policymakers, and industry pioneers with deep expertise in:

✅ Sustainable Finance & Philanthropy (Family Offices, Sovereign Wealth, Impact Investing)

✅ Public Policy & Government (Global Development, ESG, Public-Private Execution)

✅ Enterprise & Innovation Strategy (Fortune 500s, Climate Tech, AI & Emerging Markets)

✅ Academia & Research (Policy Think Tanks, Global Development, Economic Mobility)

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Guidance & Thought Leadership

• Provide high-level strategic counsel on Earthshot Group’s global initiatives, ventures, and research priorities.

• Advise on emerging trends, risks, and opportunities in impact finance, ESG strategy, and systems change.

• Contribute insights to white papers, research, and policy recommendations.

2. Partnership & Business Development

• Leverage your network and expertise to strengthen Earthshot Group’s partnerships with governments, Fortune 500s, institutional investors, and impact-driven organizations.

• Help identify and structure high-value collaborations with capital allocators, policymakers, and enterprise leaders.

• Open doors to funding, growth opportunities, and strategic alliances.

3. Ecosystem Influence & Advocacy

• Serve as an ambassador for Earthshot Group, representing our work at global forums, conferences, and industry roundtables.

• Champion Earthshot’s mission, projects, and innovation models within your industry.

• Provide insights on how to shape regulatory, policy, and market conditions for systemic impact.

Time Commitment & Expectations

• Quarterly advisory meetings (remote/hybrid).

• Occasional participation in Earthshot summits, events, and roundtables.

• Advisory Board Members do not have fiduciary responsibilities but play a key strategic advisory role.
